How many videos and views can I expect to get from the different price plans?
We have created a site with some usage examples on the number of videos you can upload and how many minutes of views you can expect from the different price plans. Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No, you can sign up for free right now. You get 14 days to try out our API and you only need a credit card if you want to upgrade to a paid plan when your free trial ends.
What features are included?
All features are included in every plan! The only difference is the volume.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Discover, Amex and JCB. Online payments only.
What happens if I exceed the volume limit of my plan?
If we see that you are close to reaching your monthly volume limit, we will get in touch to help you upgrade to a larger plan. Since we are nice people, we will not stop serving your content or block uploads if you surpass the volume limit of your plan for a short time period.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. You can cancel your monthly plan at any time by contacting support.
How many API calls can I make per tier in a month?
At the moment we do not limit how many API calls you make in a month.
What kind of support is included?
We offer email, chat (when we are online) and our dev community forum. We strive to answer any email or dev community post within 24 hours. If you do need dedicated support and/or SLA, you can contact our sales department about an Enterprise level plan.
Is it difficult to change plans if I need more or less volume?
No, you can easily change plans (either to a larger or smaller plan) by logging in to your dashboard and selecting a different one.
Are the prices including or excluding tax?
All prices are excluding tax.
Will I get a payment receipt/invoice every month?
Yes, we will send you an invoice receipt on email every month.
