This privacy policy governs your use of the mobile software application, Fido (“Application”), and was created by SYNQ AS. The Application allows users to upload footage from their mobile device to SYNQ and associated services.

User Provided Information

The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and install the Application. There is no registration needed to use the Application. When you use the Application, you provide some or all of the following information: (a) media information from your mobile device, including images and video; (b) information you provide us when you contact us for help and; (c) information you enter into our system when using the Application or associated services, such as contact information and project management information.

We may also use the information you provided us to contact your from time to time to provide you with important information regarding the Application, required notices and marketing promotions.


Automatically Collected Information

In addition, the Application collects certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system and information about the way you use the Application.


Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

The Application does not collect real time information about the location of the device.


Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

We share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

We may disclose User Provided and/or Automatically Collected Information:

to other users of the Application or associated services;

We will retain User Provided Information and Automatically Collected Information for an indefinite period of time.
